Songsmith

I recently happened to see Songsmith in my MSDN subscription. It is a musical accompaniment tool which adds background music allowing users to record, add music of different genre and vary tempo accordingly. I have never tried singing after 8th Std so I safely ripped VoiceOnly tracks (5.1 AC3) from Thalai's movies. Then I used an end to end stereo pin to loop back the audio to microphone. (Yes. Songsmith picks up / processes only the recorded tracks) I tried various genre and tempo.


I think it would be a real fun for people who sing (or practice singing). We can try this in some funny presentations (will definitely add spice).
